• TicketsLive for Internet sale of Box Office tickets involving firewall protection of the ticketing server (completed January 2000)
• Year 2000 Problem Assessment & Compliance (completed December 1999)
• Nottingham server infrastructure to accommodate continued growth. Other server changes have improved web services and overall reliability and capacity. (completed August 1999)
• eCommerce - Already in use for ordering OPAS 27 Season Tickets (completed June 1999)
• Webcasting - Available for live Internet broadcast or rebroadcast as was done for Wiley Lecture Series (completed February 1999)

• Events Management System to facilitate planning and review of MSC programs
• Project BEAM data collection and archival services
• Technology Infrastructure Funding proposals were submitted Summer 1998. Projects #1 and #4 have been funded. Several on-line services are being added.

• Graduation Announcements - Addition of on-line payment capabilities and removal of Social Security Number requirement for ordering
• University Plus Registration - Replacement of existing registration system to improve controls and reporting tools and to offer on-line registration option
• Web Page Advisor - Automated system to alert advisors of changes to their web sites or possibly outdated pages requiring review
• MSC Student Information System for managing student involvement in the MSC
• Enhancements to Subscription List Management
