Purpose and Goals

The purpose of MSC Computer Operations is to equip MSC staff and students with technological resources and related services necessary for them to accomplish their purposes especially as they relate to the primary mission of the MSC.

Our Goals

• Provide quality resources, services and training to customers that will enable them to effectively and efficiently fulfill their responsibilities.
  
  
• Continually improve the efficiency and reliability by which Computer Operations provides resources and services to its customers.
  
  
• Anticipate and plan solutions for future technology needs of the MSC.
  
  
• Encourage the personal development and team work of Computer Operations personnel.
  
  
• Facilitate excellent communications between Computer Operations, its customers within the MSC, and external organizations.
